Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Software Subscriptions

You may cancel your software subscription with 60 days notice to prevent future billing.

Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You will retain full access to the software until your subscription period concludes. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.

2.2 Professional Consulting Services

Project-Based Services: For services engaged on a project basis, cancellation terms will be detailed in the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or client agreement. Unless otherwise specified, either party may cancel the agreement with [e.g., 30] days' written notice.

If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually agreeable resolution, which may, at our sole discretion, include a partial service credit or refund.

Any deposits or advance payments made to secure services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your signed service agreement.
